Our first Get Together as Ofelia
Some moments leave a mark on a team. Not necessarily because they're spectacular, but because they happen at the right time, with the right people.
Our Get Together at Slow Village in Biscarrosse was one of those moments.
A new name, a real reunion
It was our very first event under the name Ofelia. After months of transformation, a new name, a new identity, and a new product direction, getting everyone together felt like something special. A way to step into this new chapter, together.
To mark the occasion, every team member received their first Ofelia-branded goodies.
Working differently, thinking differently
A Get Together isn't just a break. It's also a working space we don't get to have in our day-to-day.
We dedicated some time to a hands-on workshop on Ofelia Agentic, our brand new product. The intention was straightforward: you can't build an intelligent orchestration tool without experiencing it yourself. So we put ourselves in the shoes of users, dug in, debated, and identified what's working and what we can push further.
This kind of workshop says a lot about the culture we're building at Ofelia: a team that doesn't develop in a silo, but stays genuinely involved in what it builds.
The rest of the time? We unwound.
Drinks by the fire pit, dinner outside, a relaxed atmosphere.
And to wrap things up: an epic giant Werewolf game that seriously tested a few collegial trust relationships.
These moments matter just as much as the rest. Not because they're "team building" in the corporate sense but because they create real familiarity. You get to know each other differently than through a screen or a visio call.
Great first edition.
