  • How long does the recruitment process take?

    It varies by role, but we aim to move at a reasonable pace and to get back to you quickly after each step. If you haven't heard from us in a while, feel free to reach out.

  • Is the role remote, hybrid, or on-site?

    We are 100% remote by contract. That said, we have offices in Grenoble and Paris, and we offer a coworking budget for anyone who wants to step out from home from time to time or meet up with fellow team members in a shared space.

  • Does internal mobility exist at Ofelia?

    Yes, we actively encourage internal growth whenever skills and opportunities align.

  • How do I know if you received my application?

    You'll receive an automatic confirmation once your application is submitted. If you don't see it, feel free to check your spam folder.

  • How will I know if I've been selected to move forward with the process?

    A member of our Talent team will reach out to you directly, whether the answer is yes or no. We don't leave applications without a response.

  • Will you tell me when a role has been filled?
