After the interview
The interviews are done, and now comes the part that can feel the most uncertain: waiting. Here's what happens on our side, and what you can expect from us.
We debrief as a team
After each interview, everyone involved in the process shares their impressions. We compare notes on skills, on fit with the role, and on how the conversation went overall. This step can take a little time, especially when several people need to align, but it ensures the decision isn't based on a single person's impression.
You will always get an update
Whatever the outcome, we're committed to getting back to you with a clear answer. Not hearing back after an interview is frustrating and disrespectful of the time you invested, so we make it a point to close the loop, positive or not.
If the answer is No
A rejection doesn't necessarily mean your profile wasn't strong. Sometimes it comes down to another candidate being slightly closer to what the role needs at this specific moment, or timing simply not aligning. When we can, we'll share honest feedback to help you going forward.
If your profile made a genuine impression, we're also happy to stay in touch for future opportunities that might be a better match down the line.
If the answer is Yes
If we move forward with an offer, we'll walk you through the details clearly: compensation, start date, and anything else you need to make an informed decision. We're also happy to answer any last questions before you decide.
Once you're in, we start preparing your arrival well ahead of your first day, so that when you join, you already have the information and support you need to get started with confidence.
Either way, Thank You
Going through an interview process takes time and energy, whatever the outcome. We're genuinely grateful for that investment, and we try to make sure it feels worthwhile, even when the answer isn't the one you were hoping for.
